Job Summary

Here is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our Senior Citizens in Northern Virginia Join our team to help Seniors with non-medical in-home care solutions. Meet them in their homes, understand their needs, collaborate on the right homecare solution for them within their desired budget. Network with other local businesses serving Seniors to develop referral sources. Future opportunity to lead a sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new homecare referrals from various sources in a timely manner, coordinate an initial in-home visit. Meet clients in their homes, understand their needs, coordinate their homecare solution and ensure the client and family understand the client service agreement.
  • Develop new referral sources by visiting local businesses and facilities serving Senior Citizens, gain an understanding of their needs.
  • Represent Always Family Homecare at local marketing events.
  • Conduct in-house marketing events.
  • Travel throughout the service area of Always Family Homecare, to include Fairfax County, Arlington, and Alexandria.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the role of a Cargiver and the services provided by the agency.
  • Part-time position with bonuses for signing new clients and meeting hours of care goals. Future opportunity for full-time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in a healthcare related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience working in Homecare, Assisted Living, Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility highly desirable.
  • Highly proficient communicator, comfortable with various communication methods including phone, email, Zoom, etc.
  • Reliable transportation and willing to travel to client homes.
  • Experience with electronic client record management systems.
  • Flexibility and willingness to meet the unique needs of clients, caregivers, and family members.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Consent to a Background Check and Drug Screen.
