Overview

The Admin II is responsible for performing moderately complex administrative duties for one or more individuals within the department.

Schedule: FT, Benefits Eligible, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Main Campus (700 Childrens Dr.)

Responsibilities

* Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
* Prepares correspondence, documents, reports and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment. Schedules appointments for department staff.
* Participates in department projects of moderate scope and complexity.
* May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
* May assist in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills: Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.

Experience: 2 years administrative experience preferred.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

* Sitting for extended periods Constantly (67-100%)
* Talking on the phone/in person Constantly
* Typing on a computer keyboard Constantly
* Standing/walking Occasionally (0-33%)
