About You: We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who will assist the Accounting team with a variety of administrative tasks.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $23-$25/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions:

* Update vendor and customer records
* Perform system maintenance
* Process accounting paperwork
* Assist with accounts receivable calls
* Assist with compliance functions

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma, a minimum of a 2-year degree in Accounting is preferred
* Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
* Strong communication and organization skills
* High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
* Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
* Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
* Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
