CRMG is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various daily accounting activities, including processing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and move-out processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and move-out processing
  • Verify resident information and manage revisions
  • Research and follow up on questions related to accounts receivable
  • Audit lease documents and ledgers for accuracy

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in accounting or successful completion of an accounting course
  • Property management experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and a desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks using excellent organization skills
