Frontline Customer Service Specialist

As a Frontline Phone Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both over the phone and through our website. You will be responsible for gathering essential information, efficiently triaging incoming calls and web leads, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Your ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to incoming web leads in a timely manner.
• Actively listen to callers and web leads to understand their needs and concerns.
• Gather accurate and relevant information from callers and web leads.
• Efficiently triage calls and web leads and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Utilize CRM systems and other relevant software to track customer interactions and sales leads.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM systems
• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Considerations:
• Experience in a sales environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of vending or sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
