Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position to be, ideally, based in Seattle, Denver, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Philadelphia. This role will be categorized as a Remote employee (home office based) although you may be office based if so desired. A key requirement is to be located within a reasonable distance from a major airport to limit travel time and expenses.

We will count on you to:

* Manage complex and/or unique projects for clients to provide exceptional results.


* Lead fleet safety continuous risk improvement initiatives in collaboration with clients through the assessment, creation, implementation and monitoring of customized fleet safety and compliance solutions.


* Monitor a client's performance through program assessments and data analytics.


* Act independently to drive the development of large project proposals to expand clientele and contribute to the development of new fleet safety consulting solutions.


* Create and implement front line driver and managerial training programs and to be to assess compliance and educate clients on FMCSA regulatory fitness.


* Spend time in the field working closely with clients - Travel up to 70%.



What you need to have:

* Bachelor's degree desired.


* Fleet Safety Experience - minimum 5 years in managing and overseeing Fleet Safety and FMCSA Regulatory Compliance.


* Expertise in the area of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.


* Knowledge and experience with cutting edge advance safety technologies

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $102,400 to $218,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
