Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrative Specialist to support our People and Culture team in managing employee benefits. In this role, you will assist with the evaluation of benefits processes, identify areas for efficiency improvements, support the workload of the Benefits Manager, and assist with the benefits renewal process and communications. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

* Review current benefits processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
* Provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager in various daily tasks and projects related to employee benefits.
* Help manage and coordinate the benefits renewal process, ensuring timely completion of tasks, such as gathering necessary documents, liaising with vendors, and supporting communication with employees.
* Assist with the development and distribution of benefits-related communications, ensuring employees are informed about their options, deadlines, and any changes to the benefits plan.
* Address employee questions regarding benefits, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues to the Benefits Manager as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of employee benefits elections, renewals, and any changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in benefits management.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
