Currently assisting one of our top hospice agency partners with a need for an experienced Hospice Clinical Director based in their Newton, MA area office.

The Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for the delivery of hospice services.

Work closely with the Hospice Executive Director and Administrator to manage and implement policies and procedures related to clinical operations and sets standards for performance.
Assume the responsibilities of the Executive Director during absence

This is a full-time permanent position.

Monday-Friday.

Some hybrid work time may be considered.

Very generous salary and benefits package.

Salary and compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Hospice RN Case Management experience
2 years recent or current Hospice Supervisory/Management experience with a Medicare Certified agency
Knowledge of Hospice care as it relates to federal, state and regulatory policy and procedures
Registered Nurse MA license
