A l'écoute des dernières technologies à la pointe du marché, la Practice CTO Advisory de Wavestone accompagne les fonctions IT (Chief Technology Officer, responsable réseaux…) de nos clients dans leurs grands projets de transformation digitale. A travers une expertise à la fois technologique (IoT, Cloud devops, réseaux intelligents…) et organisationnelle (méthodologie agile, scrum), la Practice peut accompagner ses clients de secteurs très variés sur l'ensemble des étapes de leurs projets, du cadrage au déploiement.
Nos Consultant.e.s pluridisciplinaires adressent un panel large d'expertises :
Digitalisation des modes de travail,
Transformation des services IT (migration de donnés, intégration IT lors de M&A…),
Transition vers les réseaux de nouvelle génération (5G, SD-LAN, IoT…),
Accompagnement sur la construction de plateformes digitale agiles (Cloud, web platforms, API…),
Déploiement de Cloud,
Passage à la sustainable tech.
Nous travaillons en proximité avec les acteurs les plus innovants (grand fournisseurs de cloud, startups, associations d'experts…), tout en restant indépendants sur le plan commercial . Cela nous permet d'être constamment à l'écoute des nouvelles technologies émergentes (IA générative, blockchain…) et de leurs bénéfices potentiels pour nos clients.
Pendant votre expérience, vous découvrirez le rôle d'Analyst (Consultant junior), avec une contribution en français et en anglais sur des sujets variés :
Des missions opérationnelles clients , au sein d'équipes projets, avec un rôle responsabilisant et permettant de développer les compétences clés attendues pour un.e Consultant.e junior.
Des projets internes riches : formations, développement commercial, radar de startups, vie interne…
Un travail de recherche autour d'un sujet prospectif et innovant (parmi les différents enjeux de la practice cités plus haut) permettant d'enrichir vos connaissances académiques et celles du cabinet, de découvrir en profondeur les sujets qui font l'actualité chez nos clients et d'appréhender la méthodologie reconnue de Wavestone dans les missions de conseil.
Étudiant.e au sein d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de management ou d'une grande université, vous êtes attiré.e par le conseil et vous possédez une forte appétence pour l’IT.
Voussouhaitez développer des compétences liées au métier duconseilet aux problématiques detransformation des organisations.
Curiosité , esprit d’analyseaiguisé et capacité à vous approprier de nouveaux sujets ;
Orientation client , excellent relationnel et sens du service ;
