Major/Essential Functions
  • Work with Sr. Director to develop key performance indicators (KPI) for the MCC. Oversee the monitoring and variance reporting related to these KPIs.
  • Develop and/or contribute solutions to problems and/or situations arising in MCC.
  • Oversee, perform, and/or assist in documentation and monitoring of MCC and improvement of those processes as requested by the Sr. Director of the MCC.
  • Contribute to the development of documented knowledge to provide history and helpful information
    for future analysts.
  • Assist with other projects, analyses, and duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of the MCC.
