The Embassy Suites by Hilton Lubbock is hiring a Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects.
  • The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager.
  • Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC.
  • Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
  • Previous Chief Engineer experience in a hotel is preferred.
