Customer Implementation Manager

Job Description:We seek a Customer Implementation Manager to become an integral part of our team You will manage new customer implementations, ongoing customer support, and satisfaction. You will be the critical point of contact for every new Wendi customer and lead new account configurations, customer scope setting, and delivery. You must be a highly disciplined project manager and an accomplished customer relationship manager. Assuming creating and refining processes for customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support will be core to your role. As one of the first handful of employees in a fast-growing AI company, I will have an opportunity for career growth with the achievement of success.
What we need:
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in client management/project management.
- 2+ years of healthcare SaaS technology implementation is a significant plus.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills. You are a natural leader with experience influencing customers up to the executive level.
- Project Management. You meet and keep track of deadlines with many projects running simultaneously. You can rally resources as needed and appropriately set and manage customer expectations.
- You are a highly motivated cross-team collaborator who is comfortable working with developers. You demonstrate the ability to launch initiatives, take ownership, and execute.
- Demonstrated ability to keep customers within the outlined scope.
- Ability to think both strategically and technically. You like looking at things from a high level but also roll up your sleeves and work directly with the customers/products. You are naturally curious about and adept at technology.
- Excellent communication skills. You can influence others, and you know your audience. You can effectively translate technical ideas to non-technical people and vice versa. A bachelor's degree is required.
- A highly disciplined and reliable remote worker.
What you will do in this role:
- Build a scalable implementation process for the Wendi solution that thrives on eliminating complexity and accelerating the speed of on-time implementations.
- Support customers through their implementation and as needed throughout the customer's contract terms while defaulting to speed, documentation, and complete resolution.
- Lead all implementation aspects, including technical and functional expertise and project management.
- Perform implementation requirement gathering, design and execute project plans, and manage project risks.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Wendi platform and how it can be configured to meet customers's needs and goals.
- Efficiently juggle multiple projects simultaneously and partner with the internal team to prioritize and allocate shared resources.
- Manage assigned technical resources to execute implementation plans successfully.
- Conduct audits of time/cost per customer.
