As the Sr. Program Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy you will play a crucial role in structuring and driving highly cross functional, top priority business generating programs that drive North American Sales. In this role, you will work closely with internal business and technical stakeholders to create clear and strategic briefs and project plans. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end completion, including launch strategy for appropriate rollout to Sales teams.  

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, quick learner, organized and thrives in ambiguous situations. To be successful in this role, you'll have to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on driving your programs across the finish line.  

The Role:
  • Manage multiple highly impactful programs simultaneously while ensuring operational excellence throughout  
  • Communicate program status, risks, and implications to an executive level audience  
  • Manage end-to-end project deliverables and approvals with key stakeholders, represent business and loop in key business stakeholders to provide UAT sign-off to technical teams 
  • Develop project briefs inclusive of business requirements, project plans and trackers  
  • Partner with cross-functional groups within Sales and across company: Sales Planning, Sales Ops & Enablement, Field Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT Systems, Training, Finance, Legal, Accounting, etc.   

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in the Go-to-Market, Sales or Marketing space preferred   
  • Experience providing project summaries and project health reports in writing and verbally to key stakeholders including executive level audience 
  • Automotive experience is preferred but not required   
  • Experience managing deliverables needed from multiple stakeholders and teams both technical and non-technical  
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills  
  • Ability to lead meetings and conversations with large and diverse audience groups  
  • Experience with project management tools & trackers  
  • Ownership mindset and team player attitude  
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities at once
