At PGIM, You Can What you will do As a Strategy Analyst, you will be part of a small strategy team overseen by the Chief Strategy Officer. You will be given high levels of responsibility across multiple projects and asked to tackle complex business challenges from day one. In this role, you may be asked to evaluate the size and growth potential of a market within the alternatives universe and develop potential strategies for entering the market. You will also be responsible to analyze how our top competitors are responding to market dynamics, or to help evaluate and diligence potential acquisition targets. These projects will provide you with exposure to PGIM and the asset management industry, and you will develop a broad business strategy toolkit. In addition to conducting research and analysis, you will be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to senior management. You will also have the opportunity to be mentored by PGIMs senior business leaders and be coached and trained by asset management and strategy experts. This position is based in our office in Newark, New Jersey and will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
