Project Manager Job Description                                                            Job RequirementsDegree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.5 years+ Project Management ExperienceDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with MS Office Suite Duties include: Reviews contracts for risk evaluation

Reviews all construction documents and discusses clarifications with estimator. 

Reviews and provides input during the subcontractor and supplier selection.

Assists the Estimator in preparing a detailed scope of work. 

Writes and issues subcontracts and purchase orders. 

Prepares schedule of values.

Oversees the development and then adherence to the project schedule.

Handles all formal correspondence with Owner, Architect, subcontractors, etc.

Is fully responsible for the financials of the project and manages project budget.

Reviews and approves all subcontract and supplier payment applications.

Runs the weekly meetings, takes meeting minutes, and distributes.

Prepares and submits pay applications.

Develops modification proposals-estimate, prepare, and submit for approval.

Directs and ensures completion of closeout activities.

Portrays a positive attitude and demonstrates professional customer service skills.

Builds and fosters a project team culture of outstanding performance and partnering.

Analyzes and resolves project issues.

 All other duties as assigned.
