A minority-owned, small-scale contractor aiming to expand their workforce. They have established strong connections in Southern Colorado over the past two decades, specializing in commercial, governmental, and educational construction.

Job Overview

The Construction Manager will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Supervise subcontractors and the entire construction process on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methods
  • Promote a safe working environment, practices, and culture throughout the project

The Ideal Candidate

The Construction Manager should possess the following qualifications:
  • Experience in ground-up construction is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector as a Commercial Construction Manager
  • Strong numerical and computer skills are also required
