Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections on both overhead and underground construction projects executed by contractors.
- Participate in pre-construction discussions with contractors and local authorities.
- Perform site evaluations and authorize contractor payments based on completed work.
- Keep detailed construction logs and provide regular progress updates.
- Verify that materials and methods align with established specifications.
- Intellectual: Ability to design modifications, solve problems, manage projects, and apply technical knowledge.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service skills, conflict resolution capabilities, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Leadership: Demonstrated confidence and quality management skills.
- Organizational: Awareness of cost management, diversity, ethics, and organizational support.
- Self-management: Strong judgment, planning abilities, professionalism, and adaptability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in both underground and aerial telecommunications construction.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Hourly wage range: $33.00 to $35.00, depending on experience.
