Senior Account Manager

Rancho Cordova, CA – In Office

Compensation and Perks:

Base Salary $66,560.00 a year plus

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is an incredible opportunity to build or continue a recruiting career in an exciting industry with an organization committed to professional growth and career development. The Senior Account Manager will strategize and drive excellent client satisfaction by submitting quality candidates to our clients. The primary responsibility is deploying excellent customer service, excellent client communication, and conducting passive candidate interviews with qualified candidates, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients. The Senior Account Manager will manage a team of Corporate Recruiters, Appointment Schedulers, and Sourcer’s, while managing the client satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager shall deliver best practices, exceed targets of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic allocation of resources and focus to clients
  • Drive excellent client satisfaction and client relationships
  • Assists with negotiation for employment offers between clients and candidates to understand needs and provide quality candidates.
  • Develop a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Manage client's satisfaction and conduct recruiting progress meetings weekly.
  • Conduct on-boarding and management of new clients
  • Conduct daily team meeting to manage performance and priorities to keep team on performance targets
  • Adhere to daily and weekly KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in account management and sales
  • 3-4 Years of Direct Account Management experience
  • A tremendous work ethic and desire to grow and succeed
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent at building rapport and connecting with people coachable and open to learning new processes.
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple assignments
