We’re looking for a skilled Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our competitive edge through efficient inventory management.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast future inventory needs and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Data Analysis: Utilize inventory management software to track inventory performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, TradeGecko).
- Education: Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
