Position Title: Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist

Overview: The Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring precise product data management, processing purchase orders, and keeping the sales team informed about shipment and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Purchase Orders to international suppliers
  • Generate various reports including Purchase Order Status, Inventory Levels, Production Updates, and Outstanding Orders
  • Keep an accurate record of all incoming inventory from purchase orders
  • Maintain a detailed log of all available inventory
  • Develop Excel spreadsheets for new catalog and private label initiatives
  • Organize and archive all new project documentation
  • Input all new product information into the company database
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via Outlook, team messaging platforms, and phone calls

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management and procurement
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education or a related degree
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable to varying job responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
