ProHome is a people-centric, dynamic, and thriving Wichita-based Company that is hiring a Client Relationship Coordinator position to provide an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate closely with our partners to assist customers with service requests, questions, and/or concerns. Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention. Excellent organizational skills, phone etiquette; written and verbal communication skills are required. What we're looking for?
  • 6-10 New Hires to Start May 6th
  • You must have prior administrative or clerical experience. If you have any prior account manager, call-center, collection agency, property management or residential construction knowledge or experience, we encourage you to apply. 
  • You must be able to pass a customer service and communication assessment prior to an interview.

Office location - Downtown Wichita. After 8-10 weeks of training: Hybrid work environment (At Home and in Office). Full-Time Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

You must reside in Wichita, KS or the surrounding area

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a group of homeowners, sub-contractors, builders & developers within assigned territories.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, claims & requests for service calls.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Prepare reports and document job status and completion.
  • Become and remain proficient in our services and the associated terminology.
  • Plan, organize & officiate builder meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of holding sub-contractors to expected timelines.
  • Friendly relationship builder with customer service excellence.
  • Team player who enjoys working with a close-knit team.
  • Proficient professional business communication – written and oral.
  • Exceptional follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must be able to successfully use a CRM system, internet & office programs.
