Client Support Representative

Good Works Talent is launching a new search for a Client Support Representative(CSR) to join our client’s growing wealth management firm in Wichita, KS. Reporting directly to the Owner, this flexible part-time role involves managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and swiftly addressing inquiries. The CSR is pivotal in building strong client relationships and providing tailored support, ensuring seamless communication with internal leadership. While the Owner will handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities, your focus will be on fostering the growth of their vibrant business through exceptional client service, contributing to daily dynamic challenges and the ongoing improvement of client experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Enhance client efficiency: Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Resolve client inquiries: Address client queries promptly and effectively to ensure seamless service delivery and improve satisfaction.
- Facilitate team communication: Coordinate communication between clients and internal leadership to align processes and enhance service delivery.
- Strengthen client relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing personalized support tailored to individual needs. This includes client communication, gifting, and event planning.

professional role involving event planning, client communications strategy, document processing,
and/or process improvement.
Additionally, our ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Experience with event planning, client communications strategy, document processing, and process improvement.
- A working knowledge of managing client accounts efficiently to streamline operations and support business growth.
- A working knowledge of maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or equivalent work experience.
- A deep understanding of building strong relationships and providing personalized support tailored to individual client needs.
- A basic familiarity with facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
- A working knowledge of promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction.
- A basic familiarity with utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- A basic familiarity with adjusting to to to new conditions and changes in the workplace
- A basic familiarity with maintaining accurate records and managing client accounts.
- A basic familiarity with optimizing processes to increase efficiency and support business growth.
- A basic familiarity with the financial services industry and FINRA guidelines.
- Certifications in any of the following: Certified Financial Planner, FINRA Series 65 license.

Compensation
Our client is committed to offering a competitive and equitable compensation package that aligns with the industry standards and reflects the experience and expertise that team members bring. The base salary range is projected to be in the $20 - $26/hour range plus bonus eligibility. The total compensation and benefits package for this role will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
