OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead Location: 2800 Whiptail Loop, Carlsbad, CA 92010Pay: $18.00 - $20.70 per hour, depending on experienceShift: Saturday - Wednesday, 4:30 AM - 10:30 AM, hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Our Package Handlers II's are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.    Unpacking the Benefits :

The Must-Haves :  
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred 
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both 
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.  
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

Your Mission in Motion : 
  • Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery. 
  • Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately. 
  • Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative. 
  • Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
