Job Title: Material Handler

Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc. is a leading contract manufacturing organization (CMO) with a strong presence in the biopharmaceutical and molecular diagnostics industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Material Handler will be responsible for assisting in the timely execution of various day-to-day activities in relation to warehouse operations. This role involves performing routine physical tasks, preparing and maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with our quality system.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various routine physical tasks involved in receiving, storing, packaging, shipping, or distributing materials.
  • Prepare and maintain prescribed records, reports, and documentation accurately and neatly.
  • Perform all material stocking, data entry, and clerical functions as needed.
  • Ability to work within a cGMP environment and ensure compliance with our quality system.
  • Participate in Quality Working Teams and Continuous Improvement Teams.
  • Put away QA/QC released material in the designated physical location of the warehouse adhering to temperature storing requirements.
  • Adhere to prescribed safety and quality standards and all written procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Other material handling and warehouse duties as assigned/required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse; receiving and shipping along with some experience in manufacturing.
  • International shipping experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency using an ERP system, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
  • Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
  • Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
