Meet the Team

The Warehouse Specialist is part of the Operations team and will report to the Operations Manager. This position will have administrative, physical, and analytical computer tasks related to the receipt, inventory, deliveries, and stocking of parts in the warehouse.


About the role:

As a Warehouse Specialist at Spinal Elements, you will be responsible for directing, controlling, and monitoring the warehousing and distribution of materials or finished goods. You will be working closely with all the team members on the Operations team. Core responsibilities include:

  • Stocking, loading, picking, counting, shipping merchandise, and other activities assigned by management
  • Supporting the movement of materials to ensure the efficiency of warehouse operations
  • Restocking finished goods inventory to ensure product is available for customer fulfillment
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts, routine picking, and year-end physical inventory counts
  • Reviewing product expiration dates on finished good products and removing from inventory as necessary
  • Picking and packing orders to meet shipment deadlines
  • Maintaining training to company procedures
  • Using software and handwritten documentation to perform tasks

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma, GED
  • Minimum of 4+years of related experience
