Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Develop and deliver sales presentations/Training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Salary plus commission-based pay structure
