Secor's Subaru Dealership is expanding inventory and we are looking for an Agent who can take internet inquiries, turn them into customers with appointments to come in, and maintain their online profile as they enjoy the full experience Secor's Subaru's Dealership has to offer

We are looking for individuals with the following credentials.
  • Positive Attitude, Team Player.
  • Experience in customer sales. Will train the right candidate.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Experience with VinSoultions/CDK and 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and good references.
  • Our facilities are drug-free and require drug screening prior to hiring.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, unsold traffic, lease renewals, etc.
  • Answer incoming phone calls according to a proven script and schedule sales appointments.
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer changes in our database.
  • Contact the current customer base on current marketing incentives and proactive campaigns.
