We are partnering with a client to find a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the placement of workers, supporting pre-event duties, and ensuring effective communication with a large number of workers. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing email and phone communications to provide support, updating Microsoft-based applications and internal management systems, and tracking correspondence with election workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence.
- Support recruitment efforts by disseminating information about positions, sourcing clerks, coordinating training, and managing compensation setups.
- Update and maintain Worker Management Systems, Excel spreadsheets, and other relevant applications.
- Execute mail merges and ensure accurate documentation.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative or office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Competitive pay at $17.00 per hour.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance are available.
- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).
