Assistant IHS/ILS Coordinator

This position supports the IHS Coordinator to manage new clients and staffing needs for the IHS program, train employees and communicate with the team as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handles 245D paperwork for intakes, meetings, and client files.
- Complete onboarding, shadowing, and training of new hires.
- Train staff on 245D compliance and policies and procedures.
- Ability to assist with clients’ needs and supports if staff is unable.
- Manages monthly Mandatory meetings with staff and Coordinator.
- Monitor and track staff hours.
- Regular file auditing of case notes, goal tracking, client files, and staff files for compliance.
- Tracking and auditing paperwork for meetings with clients and staff.
- Communicate clearly to the client, their team, and your supervisor on a regular basis.
- Report to IHS Coordinator with staffing needs.
- Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality for all clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Able to multi task when asked. Follow directions as instructed.
- Responsible to complete tasks and follow up when needed.
Work environment:
- Business casual attire.
- Professional appearance.
- Minimal respectful use of cell phone during office hours.
- COVID-19 Vaccination is required with proof.
- Travel for Intake Meetings.
- Travel to clients’ residences if needed.
- Maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.
- No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Suspended license, etc.).
Required education and experience:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred education and experience:
- Direct Support: 1 year and/or
- ILS/IHS: 1 year
- 245D experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.'
