This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about orders, products, or services and to handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and take steps to resolve them.
  • Assist in ordering products from approved vendors.
  • Monitoring competitive pricing for products and updating vendor costs.
  • Become familiar with products in order to assist customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to develop customer relationships using the telephone, and email.
  • Organized and can follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable with technical products and solutions.
  • Exhibit written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Google/Microsoft Apps, and CRM Apps.
  • Multi-tasker enjoys communicating and building customer relationships.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Can handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
  • Valid driver's license.
