Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance to build a motivated and cohesive team.
  • Operational Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit and guest satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and service quality; handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Budget Management: Control operational costs and manage the restaurant's budget.
  • Collaboration: Work with the executive chef and management to plan events, promotions, and new menu items.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in restaurant management software for scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.
