Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our establishment. The GM will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant in overseeing daily operations, driving business strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective brewery operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager on key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
