Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversight
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and lead restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Compliance Management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Quality Control
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.

Business Strategy
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Contribute to Success
  • Help drive continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, P&L statements, and cost control.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers and staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
