Digital Marketing Coordinator - Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement various strategies and marketing campaigns across all platforms with the goal of growing customer engagement, expanding our brand’s online presence, and driving sales
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and create engaging, high-quality, on-brand content for both shops on a consistent, weekly basis
  • Turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns
  • Identify market trends and insights that you’ll use to brainstorm future creative growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain an organized editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met through exceptional communication
  • Analyze and re-optimize marketing strategy regularly using metrics such as KPI’s and ROI’s
  • Research trends and market competition in order to identify and recommend areas for improvement
  • Monitor and engage with customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social platforms promptly and in the brand voice
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our evolving social media strategy
  • Participate in weekly and monthly marketing meetings where you’ll provide updates and insights to the marketing team and plan upcoming initiatives
  • Assist with the creation, production, and distribution of all social and email campaigns and other related website content (i.e. blogs)
  • Build a working knowledge of products and company culture through collaboration with the marketing and merchandising teams
