- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting activities
- Produce and interpret program evaluation reports for senior management
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data entry issues
- Lead training on program evaluation and quality improvement for staff
- Master's degree in public health, community development, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with evaluation strategies and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading teams without formal authority
