Summary: The Program Evaluation Lead for Surveillance Systems and Informatics (SSI) will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation strategies, managing data collection, producing reports, and ensuring adherence to protocols. This role involves leading quality improvement efforts, training staff on evaluation processes, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance program performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies
  • Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting activities
  • Produce and interpret program evaluation reports for senior management
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data entry issues
  • Lead training on program evaluation and quality improvement for staff
Skills/Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in public health, community development, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with evaluation strategies and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading teams without formal authority
