  • The Director of Restaurant Operations will have proven experience as a Director of Restaurant Operations or similar role in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams are a must for the Director of Restaurant Operations
  • The Director of Restaurant Operations will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control are a must for the Director of Restaurant Operations
  • The Director of Restaurant Operations will have strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs is required of the Director of Restaurant Operations
  • The Director of Restaurant Operations must be proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
