  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, and outdoor spaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to identify and address any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the food industry, preferably in a casual dining setting, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen management, with the ability to maintain high-quality food and drinks.
  • Proven supervising and staff training experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to identify and hire top talent that aligns with the restaurant's values and culture.
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, with the ability to utilize the system to manage restaurant operations and monitor sales data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, and outdoor spaces.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
