The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical with some marketing and accounting tasks.
Duties:
  • Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and professionally greeting visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with accounting tasks.
  • Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.
  • Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.

Experience:
  • Proven experience in office management.
  • Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and some accounting.
  • Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour.
