THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONS.
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour depending on experience.
Reporting to the Controller, you will assume ownership of the accounts payable function, including handling daily transactions and assisting our AP Specialist. We use accrual accounting and have a hard close every month.
Our operations involve multiple entities, including several treatment centers, corporate shared services, and real estate companies owning properties.
In this role, you will:
- Establish processes to ensure accurate entries are assigned to the appropriate entity at each step.
- Coordinate and directly handle the processing of invoices for multiple entities. This will include reviewing, coding, and entering invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors and managers to resolve disputes.
- Manage accounts payable according to company policies and ensure all deadlines are met.

You will bring:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 3 + years of highly proficient experience with Quickbooks(Pro OR Enterprise).
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, including a holistic understanding of the payment cycle and its integration into the larger accounting function.
- 3+ years of experience managing AP functions for multiple entities(3 or more) regularly.
- Familiar with intercompany transactions.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and all accounting formulas).
- Proficient with expense software such as Concur.
- Solid interpersonal skills and professional communication.
- Highly analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and resourceful mindset.
