Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the owner in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with a College Degree, OR
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for culinary excellence and creativity
