About the Position:
Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a passion for tax solutions? We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Tax Sales Manager at Amity One Tax. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in our tax solutions division.

The Tax Sales Manager role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and other associated tax matters. You will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within the tax settlement function, driving efficiency and optimizing outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our tax solutions products and services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling tax solutions or related financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with tax software and solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.
