 Job Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of disaster restoration, water and mold remediation 
  • Work with the scheduler to make job assignments.
  • Perform estimates, or scrub the estimates created by others on the team.
  • Meet with customers, educate, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
  • Provide training for those you manage and ensure excellent execution of standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
  • Perform mitigation and dry track equipment checks occasionally as needed.
  • Interfaces with adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss.
  • Resolves issues with customers, communicates customer issues, and daily job activities with key company staff.
  • Ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs.
  • Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone.

  • Knowledge of disaster restoration or construction industry.
  • Proficient with using CoreLogic DASH software
  • Experience with using Xactimate, MICA, and Accuserve
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in training and managing others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicates customer issues, and job activities with key company staff.
  • Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free required.
