Role Summary:

We are in search of a dependable and seasoned Project Manager (PM) to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our projects. The PM will lead personnel across different levels, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in electrical work, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Assume full responsibility for project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project closure.
  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of project staff.
  • Conduct material takeoffs and manage the selection, ordering, and tracking of equipment.
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets while meeting timelines and revenue goals.
  • Manage the creation of permits, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and related processing.
  • Facilitate effective communication with customers, vendors, employees, and partners to resolve project-related issues.
  • Assist with various tasks to guarantee project success.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing projects within the electrical construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in commercial electrical projects.
  • Prior field experience in the electrical construction industry is essential.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential short-notice trips and availability for nights/weekends as needed.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with customers, vendors, employees, and partners to address issues.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms in the electrical construction field.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $100,000 - $150,000, with performance-based bonuses and competitive benefits based on experience.
Additional Information:
  • Preferred candidates will have a Journeyman or Master License.
  • Experience managing projects involving remodels or retrofits for large retail clients is advantageous.
  • Compliance with company conduct and appearance standards is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of regular hours is necessary.
