Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
You will report directly to the Senior Manager overseeing kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
As the Project Supervisor, your role will focus on delivering an outstanding client experience and managing projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring a remarkable client experience to achieve high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and installation teams, including providing a detailed project schedule one week prior to commencement.
- Conducting site measurements to facilitate material orders.
- Coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Reviewing and approving supplier invoices.
- Collaborating with installers and subcontractors to finalize project timelines.
- Overseeing warehouse operations, including logging and organizing incoming shipments to ensure all materials are accounted for.
- Arranging material deliveries to project sites and communicating timelines with clients.
- Inspecting project completion and providing feedback to the Senior Manager and team members.
- Efficiently managing multiple project sites while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Creating and maintaining schedules to ensure proactive management of upcoming events.
- Coordinating daily field operations to align with client service standards and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular team meetings to discuss:
- Implementation of new safety protocols;
- Addressing procedural questions;
- Recognizing outstanding team performance;
- Incorporating team feedback to enhance client experiences.
