Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Review support documents and assist in preparing invoices for construction and maintenance-type projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
  • Assist in invoice entry into Viewpoint Vista following established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
  • Timely submission of invoices to customers via customer portal or email transmission
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from customers
  • Assist in responses to client inquiries regarding billing and payment
  • Assist in resolving billing issues, discrepancies, and rejected invoices in a timely manner by communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Continuous interaction with mid-level and senior leadership
  • Collaboration with project managers, operations team, and Finance management
Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project or construction-type billing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • The high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with billing in ERP financial systems, such as SAP, JD Edwards, Viewpoint Vista, or similar systems
