Responsibilities:
- Answering phones / taking messages.
- Adhere to procedures, follow directions and not afraid to ask questions when needed.
- Entering payables / receivables.
- PO matching to the inventory payables and paying non-inventory and inventory.
- Filing and organizing.
- At least 1 year experience as ahanding invoices, expenses or accounts payables or receivables, or billing.
- Excellent phone etiquette able to use a multiphone system.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, excel and Outlook.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. - 2 p.m. (some overtime needed) Holidays will be Thanksgiving / Christmas/ new years
