Heritage Avonlea of Olathe  seeks a business development director in Kansas, to generate leads and translate them into sales for our assisited living comunity . The right candidate will be a resource to families seeking senior living solutions and understand the importance of building trusted relationships with our prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for the development of new business referrals for our Olathe Community
  • Assist referral sources in order to make the referral process easy.
  • Tour potential residents and family members.
  • Meet with existing and new referral sources to develop referrals.
  • Meet with families and residents to sign admission contracts and orientate residents.
  • Work with Executive Directors to make admission go smoothly.
  • Work with hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted livings, doctors and community organizations

Requirements:
  • A marketing background in healthcare is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills to facilitate timely follow-ups.
  • Demonstrates ability to be flexible in work schedule.
  • Maintains a culture of positivity when representing the facilities.
  • Maintains a record of every referral for proper follow-up.
