Director of Business Development

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the development of new business referrals for our Olathe Community
- Assist referral sources in order to make the referral process easy.
- Tour potential residents and family members.
- Meet with existing and new referral sources to develop referrals.
- Meet with families and residents to sign admission contracts and orientate residents.
- Work with Executive Directors to make admission go smoothly.
- Work with hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted livings, doctors and community organizations
Requirements:
- A marketing background in healthcare is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organization skills to facilitate timely follow-ups.
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible in work schedule.
- Maintains a culture of positivity when representing the facilities.
- Maintains a record of every referral for proper follow-up.
