JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain exceptional communication with assigned accounts, ensuring promptness, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align with client objectives and execute client and team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Support organizational goals and objectives, including ISO, OKR, quarterly, and annual
    targets.
  • Work together to identify and implement new ideas and share best practices and knowledge.
  • Establish effective communication channels with Client Strategic Support Services, promptly addressing their concerns.
  • Develop and implement a change-of-scope management process, coordinating with stakeholders to assess impact and implement approved changes.
  • Assess project requirements, evaluate capabilities, develop meticulous project plans, and leverage resources, workflows, and tools to facilitate effective execution.
  • Communicate project details to relevant resources on time, meticulously analyzing and reviewing project risks, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures are implemented.
  • Disseminate project information to resources, stakeholders, and the project team clearly and concisely, executing change management processes based on established requirements incorporating client and third-party reviews.
  • Deliver diverse client estimates and reports (firm, budgetary, statement of spend) as required,
    adeptly comprehending and implementing change management-specific requirements.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive quality requirements and processes at general and
    project-specific levels, monitor the quality of assigned teams, provide constructive feedback, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Execute purchase orders (POs), review invoices, manage cost recovery, and conduct rigorous
    quality monitoring.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • B.A. and/or Project Management Certification.
  • 1-2 years experience in planning and managing projects and project teams.
  • Experience in translation and/or international business a plus.
  • Experience with MS Windows and Office applications.
