Position Purpose Statement:

Assist employers by providing solutions to help meet their workforce demands. This will include; posting job orders, applicant screening, hiring events, job fairs, company tours, labor market information, outreach/engagement, training needs and Rapid Response services. Assist job seekers by partnering with case management staff, providing Workforce Investment and Opportunities Act (WIOA) Core services, primarily employment resources, resume services, cover letter development, job matching/referrals, employer leads and career readiness assessments.  Services provided will help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and meet the workforce needs of local employers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage employers through targeted outreach and build relationships supported through employer services including but not limited to job postings 
  • applicant screening, hiring events
  • on-site interviewing, employer tours
  • resource sharing, LMI, training needs and Rapid Response
  • Support employer hiring needs and job seeker employment needs by partnering with case management staff to link employer and job seeker
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related preferred, in Human Services, social work, Human Resources, or related.  
  • 2-3 years in case management
  • Sales, and/or non-profit work
  • Customer Service Experience
